This is a website dedicated to the pepper, Capsicum sp., and in particular the myriad of medicinal uses of the pepper. In general, I will review peer reviewed literature and provide summaries of findings. In addition, various topics concerning pepper breeding and the biochemistry of peppers such as capsaicinoids.
